Tropical Paradise was the Peacocks. There were Peacocks
everywhere.

Kalua Pig
Kalua
Pig is the main dish served at the Lu'au. It is put in a pit in
the ground with hot lava rocks. It is covered with a banana leaf
and then covered in sand or dirt. The pig is left to cook for 8
hours. The pig is only seasoned with salt. It is very
good. Also in the pit is cooked Kulolo, which is steamed rice
pudding.


Hawaiian Dance
After dinner at the Lu'au, there is Hawaiian Dance.
