Chapter 2 - Day 3 on Kauai.
Wailua Falls
The
story of Wailua Falls is that in ancient times men would jump off the
top of the falls to provide their manhood. Needless to say
they manhood would spat on the rocks below. 
There is a fence around the falls
with a sign, see below. I keep wondering if people are really
that stupid to climb over a fence with an 80 ft drop awaiting them on
the other side.
Free Range Chickens
There
are free range chickens everywhere, even in places animals are not
allowed. 
Big Sprout Horn
The lava rock shelf has a small
whole, thus when the waves come in the water is thrust through the
whole. It a tourist trap. There vendors lining
the walk way up to the hole. Apparently it's a not to be
missed attraction, we can tell based on the number of tour buses
pulling up to see it.
Grand Hyatt Birds
The
lobby of our hotel, has various Parrots which are on perchs apparently
free to fly.
